Console overview

The user console at console.turbobase.io is your self-service home for everything around your Turbobase subscription. It’s where you sign up, create organizations, provision and manage instances, connect sources, and handle billing — without ever installing or running anything yourself.
The console is distinct from your Turbobase app (<slug>.turbobase.app); see Open your Turbobase app for the split.
What the console offers
Section titled “What the console offers”- Organizations. The billing and ownership boundary. Create orgs, manage members and their capabilities, switch between orgs. See Orgs and instances.
- Instances. Provision new instances, watch them move through the provisioning states to Ready, and open the app once setup finalizes. See Orgs and instances.
- Sources. Connect your system of record during the setup wizard (Oracle NetSuite for most instances), and add more sources to an already-provisioned instance later. See Add sources.
- Billing and usage. See per-period usage (sync events, AI tokens, infrastructure footprint) per instance; billing self-service is coming soon. See Billing and usage.
- Account. Your console profile, sign-in, and security settings.
The customer realm
Section titled “The customer realm”The console is the customer identity realm of Turbobase. It has its own sign-in, its own session, and its own user records — entirely separate from:
- your Turbobase app users (
<slug>.turbobase.app), who sign in with credentials you set during setup, and - Turbobase staff tooling, which you never see.
A console account governs which orgs and instances you can manage and pay for. It never grants access to the business data inside an instance — that’s gated by the app’s own users and permissions. Sign in to the console to manage your subscription; sign in to the app to work with your data.
Account security
Section titled “Account security”Your console account’s security settings live at /account:
- Change password — update your password (you’ll confirm your current one).
- Passkeys — enroll a passkey for phishing-resistant sign-in, and remove it later if needed.
- Authenticator app (TOTP) — enroll a time-based one-time-password app as a second factor, and remove it later if needed.
When a second factor is enrolled, sign-in adds an MFA challenge step — you’ll verify with your passkey or authenticator code after your password. Forgotten passwords are handled by the reset-password flow on the sign-in page.
Getting started
Section titled “Getting started”Signing up needs an early-access invite. If you don’t have one, request access at console.turbobase.io/early-access — tell us your company, where you are, and roughly how many people you are — and we’ll send an invite link when we’re ready for you. An invite link takes you straight to sign-up with the code already filled in.
Once you’re in, start with What is Turbobase? and then Provision your instance.
